The Problem Bay View Realty’s previous website pulled MLS listings to the homepage. With limited inventory, visitors were regularly greeted with foreclosure properties — making a legitimate agency look distressed and unreliable. There was no brand story, no differentiation, and no way to capture leads.

The Solution Built a complete digital marketing ecosystem from scratch: full WordPress (Divi) website, all copywriting, dedicated buying and selling pages with process-driven architecture, and two original PDF lead magnets (Ultimate Buyer Guide and Ultimate Seller Guide) designed in-house and gated behind Mailchimp email captures.
